ABOUT THE PROJECT

A large 3 bedroom townhouse with a number of different outdoor spaces, this home was such a pleasure to style for sale. 

We conducted a site inspection beforehand to measure the rooms and plan how to show off this house to its best. Styling for sale is quite different to normal interior decoration projects, and we talked the owner through this process.  Property Styling has to take into account how best to present the property in photographs, as well as considering the traffic flow of people coming through to inspect the home.

The owner of this property achieved a fantastic sale result in a very quick timeframe, and we returned only a few weeks later to pick up all the furniture!
