ABOUT THE PROJECT

This holiday home was a dream project to work on. Soft minimalism was our key word and reference throughout the entirety of the project, guiding us to create an escape that was all about barefoot luxury. 

 

Travertine, limestone, oak and brass along with a healthy dose of natural materials such as linen, transformed this 1980s tiled beast into a warm, luxurious home by the ocean. It’s now a home that is equally comfortable in summer and winter after every window and door was replaced with Low-e glass, and a fireplace installed. Louvred windows allow that calming ocean cross breeze to flow through the living areas and bedrooms.

 

We worked with our trusted network of suppliers to ensure many elements of this home were bespoke - from custom  bedheads and commissioned artwork to banquette seating and handmade tiles. The result meets our interior design philosophy of timeless, laidback living so perfectly and we couldn’t be happier.
